Privacy Information

Most of the interactions you will make with the Regional PSL Program will be through the use of the online property search tool. The tool allows you to search our database of properties covered by the PSL Program. The PSL certificate status of properties is a matter of public record and therefore searchable by anyone. However, there is no personal information attached to the property records.

The tool does not maintain any account information, so you will need to identify your property each time you interact with the system by entering your street address or parcel number. Once you've identified your property, the system will ask you to provide your name and an email address which is used for the current session only (to send you a confirmation email). Your personal information is not saved for security reasons, but this means you will be asked to enter it each time you use the tool.
